Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of entryukraine.com and the purchase of an insurance policy through it.

Last updated: 2026-09-14

1. Who operates this site

entryukraine.com is a sales channel of LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “WELCOME TO UKRAINE” (USREOU 44559356), registered at Ushinsky str., bldg. 40, office 302, Kyiv 03151, Ukraine — the service operator that issues policies and processes payments.

Contact for this site: support@entryukraine.com. Operator hotline: +380 93 542 67 32, info@welcomeukraine.today.

2. What we do, and what we do not do

This site provides an online interface for buying a travel medical insurance policy for Ukraine. The insurance contract is concluded between you and PrJSC IC “Euroins Ukraine” (company number 22868348), a licensed Ukrainian insurer supervised by the National Bank of Ukraine. The operator sells the policy and delivers the documents; the insurer underwrites the risk.

We do not set the insurance terms, do not decide claims and do not pay claims. Questions about cover and claims are resolved with the insurer under the insurance conditions.

3. Purchase process

You submit your details, confirm your email address with a four-digit code, and pay by card on a payment page provided by WayForPay. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and are never transmitted to or stored by this site.

After successful payment the insurer issues the policy and sends the signed PDF to the email address you provided. If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, contact us and we will trace it.

4. Accuracy of your details

The policy is issued from the data you enter. Names must match your passport, in Latin characters. An incorrect passport number, date of birth or entry date can make the policy unusable at the border or when claiming, and corrections after issuance may not be possible. Check the form before confirming.

5. Prices

Prices shown on this site are in euros and already include the service fee. The exact premium for your dates is calculated and displayed before payment; that amount is what is charged. Prices can change without notice, but never after you have been shown the final amount for your order.

6. Eligibility limits

The policy cannot be issued to travellers aged 70 or over. The term is 3 to 180 days and cannot be extended after issuance. Up to ten insured people can be placed on one policy.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the operator's refund policy and the insurance contract. See our refund page for how to request one.

8. Information on this site

Pages about entry requirements, border crossings and insurance are provided for general information. Entry rules and insurance terms change, and border control decides each case individually. We keep this site current but do not warrant that it is complete or up to date at the moment you read it, and it is not legal advice. The insurer's documents prevail over any summary here.

9. Liability

Liability is limited to the service actually provided: presenting the product, transmitting your order to the insurer and delivering the documents. We are not liable for the insurer's decisions, for treatment provided by medical institutions, for border control decisions, or for consequences of inaccurate data you supplied. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Ukrainian law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. The insurance contract itself is governed by its own terms and by Ukrainian insurance law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your order; the last update date is shown above.
